Creative Operations Specialist

In this leadership role at a Podcast Agency, I held every production hat in the pipeline.

I setup the framework and systems for my Producers to create their shows as well as the Main Production Lead to execute filming. As in previous roles, I was in charge of setting up the lighting and operating the cameras. I supervised the editing process as a post-production supervisor to jump in where there were technical issues with the edit or audio anomalies that needed to be corrected. I am very proud of the body of work I was able to produce while at the agency. All works are publicly available on various websites and on Spotify.
